• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, nearest office location, and your answers to questions on our Next Steps form, such as your interest in a career with us.
• Registration information: details you provide when you register for a Demio webinar or a scheduled Zoom company overview.
• Website information: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard web server logs.

How we use your information

• To respond to you and schedule interviews and meetings
• To send reminders and follow-ups about your application, including text messages if you opted in
• To evaluate candidates and onboard people who join our team
• To operate, secure, and improve this website
• To comply with legal and licensing requirements

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the recruiting-related messages described on our Text Message Opt-In page. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Types of text messages we send: interview and meeting scheduling and confirmations, reminders about upcoming interviews, scheduled company overviews and webinars, follow-ups about your application and next steps, and onboarding and training information if you join our team. We do not send marketing or promotional texts for third parties.

No mobile information, opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate our business, such as form, webinar, meeting, and messaging platforms, and only to provide those services to us
• Globe Life Liberty National Division and its personnel, as needed to process your candidacy and licensing
• Government or regulatory bodies when required by law or to complete the insurance licensing process

The text messaging section above applies to everything in this list: mobile numbers, opt-in data, and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
