Use of this website
This website provides information about our agency and links to resources for people interested in joining our team. It is not an offer of insurance and does not create an employment or contractual relationship. Content is provided "as is." You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Text messaging program terms
- Program: The Whittingham Agencies Recruiting Messages. We send interview and meeting scheduling and confirmations, reminders about upcoming interviews, scheduled company overviews and webinars, follow-ups about your application, and onboarding and training information, only to people who opted in.
- How to opt in: By checking the consent box on our Next Steps form, Demio webinar registration, or scheduled Zoom company overview registration. See the Text Message Opt-In page.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts. To rejoin, opt in again through one of the methods above.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent is also not a condition of applying or of being considered in our hiring process, and is not required to interview or be hired.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, opt-in data, or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Third-party services
Our site links to services such as Jotform, Demio, and Zoom. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the text messaging program.
